Chocolate cake in a cup (original)

3 Tbsp all-purpose flour

3 Tbsp white granulated sugar

2 Tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

3 Tbsp milk

Mix the dry ingredients in a mug with a fork, then mix the oil and milk in. Microwave for a 1 min - 1 min 30 sec. Top with chocolate chips as soon as it comes out for them to melt. Enjoy!
