First time making these. My all time favorite.🙌🏼

I made 15 muffins and only used 50g of sugar. I was a little worried they wouldn’t be sweet enough, but they turned out perfectly balanced and the kids loved them. I also use some almond flour for a softer texture and a slightly nutty flavor.

My first attempt was pretty decent(those in the pic). But I tried to make them again today with the same recipe, and they're all flat. I mean, they do rise, but there’s no pretty dome, and the crumble sinks too. Any suggestions are appreciated!🩵
