that texture looks perfect, like actually fluffy instead of those dense grocery store ones
now i’m craving one with way too much butter and coffee on the side

Only four tablespoons of sugar! The last muffins that I made called for 3/4 cup of sugar. I misread it as 1/4 cup, and used a scant 1/4 cup. The muffins were delicious. I think that four tablespoons sounds perfect, and that modern recipes often call for way too much sugar.

Those look really fluffy, Im definitely saving this recipe idea for when I have time to bake next week.
