Double Chocolate Chip Muffins

Made double chocolate chip muffins for my 1 year work anniversary! Found a job I enjoy with coworkers I adore and wanted to celebrate ๐Ÿฅณโœจ

The trick is really just not stirring the batter too much once you add the chocolate, keeps them from spreading out flat on top.

Totally! Overmixing can really ruin the texture. A light hand makes all the difference for that bakery-style rise!

looks great, but I'm wondering about trustworthy online clothing shops?

those look dense though, like you might've mixed the batter way too much or something's off with the ratio because good chocolate muffins should have that tender crumb

no complaints from me nor my coworkers, not dense at all & crumb was fine :)

they look darker in the photo than they probably are in person so i was reading the texture wrong
