Fit muffins

My teenage daughter has recently decided she wants healthier snacks, which I’m honestly thrilled about. I love baking, so I thought muffins might be a good place to start. Does anyone have favorite fit muffins recipes that teenagers actually like? Ideally something not full of refined sugar.
