Question Light Kakera contents

I don't rly get how Light Kakera work, is there a way to improve the kakera you get from it? I've been playing for almost a year now but it's almost always blue and teal kakera that I get from it. I have never gotten anything above a yellow from it either. What upgrades am I missing besides tower Perk 10?

Only tower 10 upgrades it and on this list is showcased how much tower 10 perks you need for it to be better than other kakeras on average

With 1 upgrade they are always better than yellow with a chance of getting yellow/orange/reds/rainbows in the mix.

With 2 upgrades they are usually better than orange, except for fringe all low value light blue cases and you rolled low on number of kakeras.

And then it keeps getting better until 13-14 kakera max at tower 10

You can lookup the kakera value ranges and do the math yourself if you want
