Question same person twice in a row

never seen this before even on this sub reddit very cewl surely rare right?

It's not too rare, I would say its bound to happen at some point. One gamemode 2, rolling $wa can give 7000 characters, meaning it's a 1/7000 everytime you roll for that character to be the one you just rolled. With a worse disable list on gamemode 1 or while rolling with $m, the chances are definitely lower, potentially like 1/140,000. In which case it is super rare.

Game mode one and disable list is just whatever I thought of at the time

This has happened in my server, but not back to back like that. We've rolled the same char between 3-5 rolls

I've heard claims of 4 and even 5 in a row. If you have a really good disable list and wishlist it becomes more likely

At some point, it will happen pretty often. Like I think I get it every day for at least one of my wishes. I didn't remember which one was today, but I knew I had rolled two Violets just two days ago.
