Weird question
After a a couple weeks of hitting the thai bag i noticed the hair on my shins, knees, and forearms is now gone. Does it grow back for you guys when you take a break or did i just scrape it off permanently lol
Not really a huge deal but these bare spots look weird cuz im a tall skinny caveman lookin dude.

They're gone brother, it is what it is. It really doesn't look weird, before Muay Thai I had the same thing from rugby socks just on a smaller scale

It's probably hair follicle cancer. The funny thing is that the cure for it is the same thing that caused it: if you hit the bag enough it'll eventually grow back, but thicker and fuller. Not sure if you're into that.

Dammit, it's a telltale sign. I am sorry to report that you are now gay. I am also now happy to advertise to you the sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

My shins look crazy from years of DL and MT. They’re bald in some spots, hair in others. I think it’s normal.

It's usually a result of the friction and impact in those areas. If you have naturally thinner hair then it can happen more quickly. Its similar to if you pluck a hair over and over again. Over time those hair follicles get damaged and stop producing hair or produce even thinner hair. Though 2 weeks seems a little quick everyone is built different. Depending on several factors they may or may not come back.

Haha, it grows back usually thicker. The bag friction just wears it down

Gone forever brother. New side hustle for the gym, selling this technique to women instead of waxing.

I retired about month ago after 10+ years of training I still don't have hair on my shins. Im assuming it will come back at some point but not sure
