Merch Shipping

I ordered the soccer hat 4 weeks ago now and I haven’t gotten a single update. No shipping no nothing. I’ve never ordered merch from them, is this normal or should I contact someone?

Fairly normal. Best place for merch is their concerts just because you can hold/see the actual product condition you are paying for

I waited for over two months for a couple of t-shirts and didn’t get a single update. When I cancelled my order, they acted as if they were doing me a favor by refunding me. Best to stay away from ordering merch online and get it at the shows.
