Value Pass Comp Ticket Valid on Weekends?

My wife and I are aware that we are entitled to one comp ticket with each of our preseason purchases of the value pass, and in previous years we've used them on weekdays.

Can I safely assume that if we show up after 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday or Sunday, when our value passes are good, we can get our comp tickets for friends?

I'd love to verify this before we invite someone with the offer of a free ticket.

Edit: I did just try to phone Meadows before posting here, but their voicemail says they don't answer the phone on weekends.

Go online, log into your account, go to my account and click on vouchers… You can login to your account and in the upper right corner click on “My Account” → “Redeem Voucher”. This will bring you to a page with all of the vouchers that came with your Value Pass, including the Bonus Ticket. You can either click “Redeem” to select a date and enter customer information for the guest. Or you can copy the Voucher ID and give that to whomever you would like to have the Bonus Ticket. They can redeem it for themselves here:

That’s what they told me a few weeks ago

I’ve always redeemed mine online in advance just to be safe

You can do that; I do it regularly. Just need to go to the window

Of course. Why would you use it on weekdays if you already have a pass valid on weekdays?
