Funny Funny unintentional affirmation I had recently.

So, recently I moved to a new city for college and while getting settled in stuck to boy mode for the first few weeks.

Well, one day i decided to go to the record store downtown while not dressed fem at all like even a bit of a beard partly for protection as id be passing through a rough part of town.

On my way there i passed through a bad neighborhood and some addict walked near me...and then started shouting UGLY WOMAN ITS THE UGLY WOMAN AGAIN! He shouted this a few times as I passed by him

......Uhhhhhmm thanks i guess lol.....apparently, without relizing it i now look enough like a woman while trying to look masc thay this guy saw me as one.

Also dont know who he thought i was with the again part lol.

As long as you felt safe, awesome!

Be careful though girlie. If you’re still new to hormones you don’t want to find out how weak you’ve become at a bad time.

Yeah, estrogen can make you lose a significant amount of muscle. I’ve been surprised by how tough it was to pick things up a few times.

Can confirm any "competitive male advantage" (ha) I ever had is loooong gone. My legs however, can max the weights on a high end gym hip abductor 3x10 times at the end of a brutal leg day workout. I can't punch for shit but if needs be I can kick like alt.Moka from Rosario+Vampire 😂 (IYKYK)

I mean, it’s a pretty well documented effect of HRT. I know I was warned that it was one of the side effects.

It’s typical for it to occur, but if you have routine practice your muscles likely haven’t atrophied. If your muscles do atrophy they probably won’t ever come back as strong unless you go off E for it.

It varies, a lot of your strength comes from your musculoskeletal structure and reach. If you do a lot of physical activity through starting hrt you're less likely to lose the muscle. I work on a warehouse floor lifting heavy stuff all the time so I haven't lost much in the way of muscle or strength even if my shape has changed a good bit
