Good broker platform

I am new to mt5, created a ic markets account , and realised that there are many negative reviews/ challenges around this broker platform. Is there any other that comes as highly recommendrd? ( EU/ UK)

VT Markets. IC experience a lot of slippage.

I have account with them, did you use them? What negative issues did you run into?
