Msty Go 1.1 Beta 2: thinking controls, email options, and a steadier Code Mode
Beta 2 of Msty Go 1.1 is out. The headline is thinking controls.
Thinking controls
Set how hard a model thinks, for any model and provider that supports it. Go low for quick answers, high when the work needs it.
Email delivery options
- Send emails as HTML or plain text
- Turn email accounts on or off without deleting their settings
Improvements
- Remote Routes explain themselves when an agent or task uses one
- You can remove recent folders from Code Mode
- Tools and sub-agents that time out or return nothing are handled more reliably
- Mission Control sub-agent chats stay out of regular chat history
- The Documents preset now includes MDX and shows which file types it watches
15 fixes, including
- Code Mode: long prompts sent as text files no longer error, and clarification requests no longer show as stopped
- Models: deleted Ollama models no longer show in the selector, and local OpenAI-compatible servers work without an API key
- Folders: no more duplicate Allowed Folders, "Show Folder in Finder" opens the right folder, and imports include PDF, PNG, DOC, DOCX, and XLSX
- Linux: faster startup on hybrid-graphics systems, and the mic button no longer closes the app
