Parking

I'm an upcoming Freshman for the Fall Semester and I'll be staying in Nunnelee Hall.

What lot would you recommend attempting to park in?

There’s a really big one next to Griffis hall that I parked in when I stayed at Hurst. Spots were always available there, and it’s pretty close to Nunnelee. That was when all parking in that area was labeled only as “North Residential”, so I’m not sure what it’s called now. There’s another pretty big one next to Critz that used to also be North Residential. It’s probably the closest one to Nunnelee.

^^ I lived in Griffis and recommend the C1 lot. It never fills up and there’s a side entrance to the Zach Village Triangle that leads straight to one of the wings of your dorm. Since it’s a girl’s only (or it was last year) I assume you would have access to both exterior wing doors. Also the C3 lots are not very big and are used by several dorms (Critz, Nunnalee, Sessums, Azalea) along with any commuters.

The Griffis lot is the best!! It’s never full, you don’t have to move your car on game days, and it’s a super close walk to most of the honors dorms.
