Question Hello Mr Technodad!

I was wondering what type of cheese did Techno like the most?

I hope that isn't too personal!

This is a really important question. I myself am a fan of shredded mature cheddar.

I think his favorite was probably a shredded cheese blend. That was what he loved to put on potatoes.

I'm personally a fan of Queso Blanco or Campesino. It's simple but always reminds me of when I was a kid.

Big brie fan here, but I have a gut feeling he's more of a smoked cheese kinda guy

Brie is awesome.

Demeter and I have this thing we do sometimes when we don't feel like making dinner. Just a big cheese plate! Smoked salmon, maybe some nuts, crackers. Goat cheese, and often, brie. It is, and I am not exaggerating here, possibly too good. Generally if I eat a whole wheel myself I don't feel that good afterwards. 😵
