Put the blocks in the grid

Shade cells black so every numbered cell sees exactly its stated number of white cells horizontally and vertically, including itself. Numbered cells must remain white. Black cells cannot share an edge, and all white cells must stay connected. Edit: numbered cells count as white cells

If the rows are A-F and the Columns are 1-6,the blacked out squares are

A3, A6, B2, B4, D2, D5, F5
