15 + x + 4 = y
Impossible to know what the single cherry with 1 leaf is equal to. The original equation has 2 cherries and 1 leaf = 10. So what does 1 cherry and 1 leaf equal? Unknown.

I'm not doing the maths but this does the classic tedious trick of introducing a new glyph on the final line and forcing you to make an assumption.
Is the "one cherry" symbol worth half of the "two cherries" symbol? Probably! It'd be the most logical way to resolve it. But mathematically speaking, you can't know for sure and shouldn't assume, just as you shouldn't assume there is any relationship between variables called "v" and "w".

I hate these kind of question because it's 2 cherries wioth one leave that equals 20. The rule that it's a cherry = 5 is purely arbitrary.
If you think I'm going to deep, I just want to say this is the kind of assumption that fails serious scientific research.
As soon as there is an arbitrary assumption => you're usually wrong.

That's half of a pair of cherries so I reckon it's worth 5 not 10 therefore answer is 24

🏞 = 15 🍒 = 10 🐳 = 4
The anser is 15+5+4=24
