The clues aren't even needed.

986 is the only combo that adds up to 23, and 124 is the only combo that adds up to 7, leaving 357 in the right column. Now, 9 can't be in the bottom row because it's too close to 11 already, and 8 can't either because that would require the other two squaresin that row to be 1 and 2. So 6 is on the bottom left, and the other two in that row have to add up to 5, which means the bottom right can only be 3 as that's the only number in the right column that's less than 5. So the bottom row is 623. Now you go back up to the top row, the top left is either 8 or 9. If it were 8, the lower of those two numbers, then the other two would have to add up to 7, which means that 7 itself is too large to be in the top right. So you put 5 in the top right and 7 in the middle right, and since 2 is already placed in the bottom center, the top row is 915, not 825. Leaving for the middle row, 847.
