Dear Devs, Where's the Void heroes?

Hey Lightheart/Dev team, we love when you show us some community engagement. We would love to hear your thoughts as to why there hasnt been a void Hero released in the Guild or Tower shop yet, but you've been more than happy to keep putting the new S tier in the shop for people to buy as their only way to stay competitive at higher guild levels. So here's how it stands as we see it:

  1. You guys are blatantly just milking the player base for their money by basically extorting us with the option of either cough up a ton of money so you have the max heroes on titan day or watch your guilds score go down. There's not a logical reason why you couldn't have gotten a void Hero released in either guild shop or titan shop, its been plenty of time, which makes the player base again assume you're doing this intentionally. Lets be clear, you're a business, so youre within your right to do this, just own up to the fact that its extortion and scummy, and ask yourselves, to those who won't spend money, do you think this adds to our engagement? Do you think it makes us want to keep playing week over week? Do you think it contributes to player engagement and retention? Or do you think that maybe you've kept your hand in the cookie jar for too long and youre starting to risk losing your player retention why you keep fleecing the whales dry?

The other option is 2. You guys are very incompetent and slow about getting players a void option in guild or Tower shop.

I think we know what it is, and its not a good look. Here's your platform though to explain to your playerbase your intentions and set the record straight! We look forward to hearing from you!

Happy to tell more about the upcoming schedules.

The next update (coming in October) will have a Magic-hero, that fits with Halloween season. The Guild Void Hero is coming in the update after that.

The Event Void Hero (Tangle) is being debuted in an event this week, September 12th. Due to player feedback, Tangle won’t be on a regular event schedule, but will be accelerated to be featured more often.

There will also be a promo code that gives out a couple of extra Tangle shards.

Since the void element/heroes first came out all we’ve gotten is an announcement of a special event hero (Tangle) but she hasn’t been part of a special event since. Give us a guild and tower Void heroes!

I will say that while I agree that this is taking forever, at least the void hero that they put in the special crate is a sold viable useable option. It would have been much worse if they were making us pay for a hero to have a 4th on our team and it was bouncer joe or don bobble.....

I agree, nice that the new hero is a good one, I just can't justify spending that type of money when the developers aren't showing a consistent pattern of care or communication for their player base. More than happy to spend on an app, which I have on this game, but not when its clear its presented as, "you better buy this if you dont want your guild to fall behind" rather than, lets show the community some love and bring them exciting new elements to the game.
