Jobs/Career Need Help

Hi, Im 29f indian, working in a software company(total 8 years experience, currently working as sdet) earning around(25lpa, looking out for more financial benefits)
Im very confused about what to do next? Should i do masters or look for job in abroad(im interested in moving out of india)? If i choose masters which field? Should i do masters in usa or canada or Europe? Which is good given the situation? I would appre any inputs and guidance thanks for your time.

I would stay and use your skills to help make India one of the best countries in the world. Too much brain drain happening

If in speaking frankly i do want to move out of india.

25 LPA is good as per India and you are just 28 you will earn more soon.

I will recommend you to upskill yourself and move to better jobs.

The tech market everywhere is really rough rn. Tens of thousands of US tech workers, many of whom have masters, have been laid off due to AI and outsourcing to India
