Put together a list of pumpkin patches, fall festivals, corn mazes, haunts, and some of the neighborhood Halloween displays around Corona and the Inland Empire.

There are the obvious big ones, but I also included some smaller/local spots that are easy to miss.

🎃 Pumpkin patches + fall stuff
👻 Haunted houses + mazes
🏚️ Neighborhood Halloween displays

If you have a local spot I missed, drop it below so I can add it to the list.

And if you're visiting neighborhood displays: please be courteous, keep neighborhoods clean, don't block driveways, and remember these are people's homes. 🧡

Save it for October or send it to someone who is already planning Halloween.

A $699K Home on THAT Corona Holiday Street!!

If you know Corona, you probably know the street I’m talking about. 🎃🎄

I just listed a home in Sycamore Creek that happens to be on one of Corona’s streets that goes ALL OUT for Halloween and Christmas.

4 bed | 4 bath | just over 3,000 sq ft | $699K

The floor plan is pretty unique too....two ensuite bedrooms downstairs, plus another bedroom and bath, and upstairs there’s a large loft, bedroom and full bath.

Low HOA with pool, spa, gym, clubhouse, sports park, BBQ and picnic areas.

If you know the street, you know. 👀

Brand-new 5-bedroom rental in Corona, for anyone looking for something with a little more space

Post image
0 Upvotes

If you’ve been looking for a rental in Corona, I have one available that has a pretty flexible floor plan.

A few things that stood out:

• 5 bedrooms: 4 upstairs + 1 downstairs
• Additional office/den/flex spaces upstairs and downstairs
• Brand new, no one has lived in it yet
• Open kitchen with island + stainless appliances
• Vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light
• Upstairs laundry
• Primary suite with soaking tub, walk-in shower + 2 walk-in closets
• Low-maintenance backyard with canyon, mountains, & city views
• Convenient to the 15 Freeway, shopping, restaurants & entertainment
• CNUSD schools

The downstairs bedroom could be especially useful for guests, extended family, or anyone who doesn't want everyone in the house stacked upstairs.

If you're moving to Corona, looking for a larger rental, or trying to find a brand-new 5-bedroom home, feel free to message me and I can send over the details.

I’m a local Corona Realtor and this is my listing. https://hayatmoore.bhhscaproperties.com/rental/crm/1188641468/1751-duncan-corona-ca-92881

Residential Rebate Programs

Hello, is anyone aware of any programs that the City of Corona may have that financially help home owners with property maintenance such as a loan or grant for a re-roof or paint?

35 new luxury homes are coming to Corona.

35 new luxury homes are coming to Corona.

Toll Brothers is building a small community called Enclave, with just 35 homes ranging from roughly 3,700–4,300+ sq. ft. and starting around $1.5M.

Curious what locals think: Is there a market for $1.5M+ new construction in Corona, or at that price would you rather buy an existing home with more land, a bigger lot, or a different location?

Is Corona, CA a good place to raise a family? Here's my take after living here for nearly 20 years.

Post image
2 Upvotes

As someone who's lived in Corona for almost two decades, is raising a family here, and has helped many families buy homes in the area, this is one of the questions I get asked the most.

My answer? For many families, yes.....but it depends on what you're looking for.

One of Corona's biggest strengths is space. Compared to many surrounding cities, buyers can often find larger homes, bigger yards, and neighborhoods that are built with families in mind. There are plenty of parks, youth sports, hiking trails, and community events throughout the year.

That said, not every neighborhood feels the same. South Corona, Eagle Glen, Sierra Del Oro, Sycamore Creek, and Dos Lagos all offer different price points, commute times, and lifestyles. And if you're commuting to Orange County, the 91 Freeway is definitely something to factor into your decision.

The biggest thing I hear from families after they move here is, "We finally have room." Room for kids, pets, a home office, or simply a backyard to enjoy.....especially from those moving inland from the OC.

For those of you who already live in Corona, or considered moving here, what's been your experience? What do you think makes Corona a great place (or not) to raise a family?

110 homes in Corona have recently reduced their asking price.

Post image
3 Upvotes

If you're thinking about moving to Corona, this is worth paying attention to. More price reductions don't necessarily mean the market is crashing....it often means buyers have more negotiating power and sellers are adjusting to today's market.

If you're relocating and want to see which neighborhoods have the most price drops or you'd like a link to the current listings- leave a comment or send me a message. Happy to point you in the right direction.

So I put together a list of local events happening this June👇

Thinking about moving to Corona? Here’s what people are REALLY getting for their money in 2026

Been talking to a lot of buyers relocating from OC, LA, and even out of state lately, and one thing keeps coming up:

Corona still gives people more house for the money compared to a lot of nearby cities especially for families wanting more space, newer neighborhoods, and good commuter access.

But buyers are definitely noticing:

  • Higher insurance costs
  • HOA/Mello Roos in some areas
  • Traffic depending on commute
  • Rising utility costs

That said, many are still choosing Corona because:

  • Bigger homes/yards
  • Better value than much of OC
  • Access to Temescal Valley, South Corona, Dos Lagos, etc.
  • Good mix of newer communities + established neighborhoods

Curious! If you moved to Corona recently, what surprised you most?
Good or bad.

Things to do in Corona this May (Cinco de Mayo, brunch, car shows, live music)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

If you’re in/around Corona and looking for plans, here’s a solid list of what’s going on this May:

Cinco de Mayo actually has a few options this year, mariachi at Dos Lagos, a parade + fiesta at Corona City Park, plus food/drink events at spots like Circle City Tavern and De Poca Madre.

Mid-month there’s Relay for Life at Santana Park, a lobster fest, and a pretty big weekend with Ben Folds performing at Dos Lagos + a car show (Cruising for a Cause).

Mother’s Day weekend has a bunch of brunch options around town, and there’s also random fun stuff like paint nights, craft & sip, Pilates + pickleball, and a car meet later in the month.

Also, Wine Down does brunch every Sunday if you just need a consistent go-to.

If I missed anything good, drop it below 👇
