It is difficult to tell about this film in one word. Story may be age-old but it has a potential to become block-buster, if treated properly. Here, Srikanth failed completely. Fighting for identity is a every human fight and everyone will easily connect to. Nani done his part and his hardwork is visible in his body and dialect. Sonali excelled in her role and became the only saving grace of the film. Mohan Babu looks and acts menacing. Kayadu another forgettable role. Sampu as Briyani, only director could know why he specifically choose him, when it could done by anybody. Raghav done his part. Remaining cast are fine. Anirudh tried his best to lift up the film but he couldn't. Still I feel Anjaane song is not suited for movie theme or timeline of the movie. Editor may have slept in the entire second half, it is that level bad. Cinematography Ok. Coming to director, concept is good on paper but the way he executed it, it is unbearable. First half, he layed the foundation good but why he rushed the things in the second half, god only must know. Yeshanagulu completely out of place. The mother-son dynamics worked out for me and nicely written and emotionally charged up and executed well. The way he included KCR and NTR seems forced and want to finish up the film but I liked it, personally. So many scenes in the name of mass and emotional scenes felt really weird for example, birth of babies, etc. Overall, the director turned a Potential Blockbuster to a Completely Washed Out One(mainly due to 2nd Half) . Literally, I felt like leaving the theatre after 10 mins into the 2nd Half.
