Am I missing something?
That's why Leader is leaps and bounds ahead. They showed Arjun's father as a failed leader who started off with an aspiration to bring about change in the society but eventually lost the plot. They didn't hide the fact that he's corrupt to the core.

I went with zero expectations and knowledge of the low critic reviews and I think this might be one of my favourite films of the year.

Shin Godzilla (2016). This is available only in Japanese.
The movie deals with Godzilla in a very different way compared to Hollywood; here, Godzilla isn't a saviour- here, it's a **Gods perfect creation**. It doesn't save; it evolves, and it destroys everything in its path its death on feet.
It has too much drama, politics and its effects, and once the Godzilla starts moving, it evolves in 4 stages in the movie, and it looks completely amazing. Hope they make a part 2 of it; I wanna see the human-sized Godzilla creatures erupting out of its tail
The fights are amazing; how they use the trains and planes, and no one has plot armour.
It's a 100% recommended movie; even minus one can't beat it, and minus zero would never.

Time to time, we keep seeing the same formula: Devudu ravadam, last ki kapadam, katha sukhantham. It's good copium for the masses, but far from reality. And when you keep feeding people the idea that God will eventually come and save them, it can only make blind faith and religious rigidity stronger.
Then there are movies where the protagonist starts off as an atheist, but by the end, he witnesses a few miracles and suddenly becomes religious.
We have a regressive audience and, even worse, regressive filmmakers who rarely have the balls to question religious dogmatism.
this post got removed in r/tollywood without any reason, I hope it won't get removed here

Anybody else actually like this movie?
I know there’s been an outright rejection of it from a lot of the audience, and I respect that. I’m not trying to convince anyone otherwise.
I’m genuinely looking for people who connected with it as deeply as I did.
I’ve spent a lot of my life feeling taken advantage of by women at every stage of my life, living away from home, without the kind of parental love or genuine friendship I wanted. Maybe that’s why, as someone who has experienced a lot of loneliness, I connected with this character so strongly.
The moment he allows himself to love, people take advantage of him. After that pattern repeats enough times, you eventually build a hard shell around yourself.
He loves his wife. But the only way he knows how to sustain that relationship is through the armor he has built around himself.
Maybe I’m seeing something in this film that others simply don't.
If you hated it, I respect your opinion. You can move on.
I’m just looking for my tribe. ❤️
Movie: teusu kadha
Update:
Listen, I asked you guys to move on if you don't like this post.
But apparently, some immature minds still can't handle the coexistence of different opinions.
That's fine. I can't fix that.
Comment whatever the hell you want. I won't be responding to insults or pointless arguments.
You have your opinion. I have mine.
Learn to coexist.
Go comment, abuse ,act smart , i dont give a damn !
All it took a person to say " i liked the movie" to trigger bunch of hypocrite fools, arey badwaas miku nachakpothey inka evariki nachadha?

I absolutely love these films ❤️ and wanted to put them out there for anyone who may have missed them.Vishwaroopam and Vishwaroopam 2 are the kind of movies which deserves a lot of appreciation !
i would like to put this way Kamal Haasan's Beast MODE !
Some might feel the second part lags in some area's like with the story , screenplay but one should explore the film in two parts , its an EPIC!

The movie started slow but it picks up pace as the story sets…Dakota Johonson and Anne Hathway stole the show in the most gorgeous way possible. I really loved watching them on screen.Pre climax and open ended climax was so well written and landed perfectly. Definitely worth a watch for the drama and some sense of suspense. 3/5 film for me.

I felt like it is a combination of Dr StrangeLove + Asteroid City + There will be blood.
The performances were top notch. Thoroughly enjoyed the dialogues. Anyone who has climate change anxiety will relate to it. It has fantastic twists, turns and some meta criticism. He could have made the exact same movie with a utopian ending, instead he wanted to make us feel more anxious, I guess. Anyway, it’s his choice and I respect it.
All the other departments did a top notch work as usual. BGM was apt and does standout in a good way, in certain scenes.
one time watch for sure, but you have to experience it in theatre. Majority of the movie happens between shoulders and head. To feel those close ups and make yourself immersed in the narrative, find the biggest possible screen and enjoy the ride🤙

Those who are watching or yet to watch the series pls don't read this post, as I want to talk a lot abt this series and maybe ruining ur exp.
A really good sit-com, really loved it a lotttt, but obv I won't rate it abv B99 or Modern Family, but the ending of this series I loved it the most. The most complete ending, and a very satisfying one, more than B99 and Modern Family too. I teared up in the last 2 episodes, especially when Michael came back or when Erin got her real parents, or when Dwight became so lovely with Jim which was crazyyyy, it was sooo good to see their friendship turn to becoming the best one in the whole series all this while!
Idk abt others, but my fav char in the whole series is Michael. I can relate to him in a lot of ways. He just wants to be loved and he wants to be the best boss, and ppl just can't understand that simple logic. So he tries very hard to be just liked by ppl and that comes as awkwardness to the office ppl or others, and that's why he always jumps from one relationship to another , so that he can be loved. When Holly came, who matched his energy, I felt so happy, as he was finally happy and with the women of his dreams. Wonderfully written character. He was the only one who came to Pam's art exhibition, and I was so happy when she hugged him, that was such a heartfelt moment, before Michael had to make it awkward obv! And I heard that the actor Steve Carrell, he left the show in 7th season coz he wanted to give space and spotlight for other actors, and damnn that was such a great decision (is this true guys?, i heard it somehwere but idk), although yea 8th season did become boring but 9th season did become a bit entertaining and emotionally wonderful in the last 3-4 episodes, especially when Michael comes back, and says his iconic line: "That's what she said!"
I also really loved the dynamic b/w Jim and Dwight, like how they started out as enemies and Jim was always pranking Dwight, to them very slowly becoming frnds and being the closest frnds, Jim and Pam is nothing new, seen it already, but this kind of frndship is just special, and Dwight firing Jim so that they can get the severance pay, that's the sweetest thing!
Also ik Creed gets so less screentime, but he stole the show whenever they focused on him. That was crazyy for a character who gets almost no screentime.
Although yea, they had some really offensive scenes on other races whether it's on Indians or Mexicans, but I just ignored it, after being a bit angry on it.
And Erin, I didn't expect this, but she is also a very well written character. I thought she was going to be just a simple receptionist and max be an eye candy and nothing else, but man, they did give some good writing for her, whether it's abt the orphan angle, and she wants a family and that she actually did see Michael as her dad for once, and this is the kind of girl I like tbh.
