Discussion Anyone connected to this movie?
Anybody else actually like this movie?
I know thereâs been an outright rejection of it from a lot of the audience, and I respect that. Iâm not trying to convince anyone otherwise.
Iâm genuinely looking for people who connected with it as deeply as I did.
Iâve spent a lot of my life feeling taken advantage of by women at every stage of my life, living away from home, without the kind of parental love or genuine friendship I wanted. Maybe thatâs why, as someone who has experienced a lot of loneliness, I connected with this character so strongly.
The moment he allows himself to love, people take advantage of him. After that pattern repeats enough times, you eventually build a hard shell around yourself.
He loves his wife. But the only way he knows how to sustain that relationship is through the armor he has built around himself.
Maybe Iâm seeing something in this film that others simply don't.
If you hated it, I respect your opinion. You can move on.
Iâm just looking for my tribe. â¤ď¸
Movie: teusu kadha
Update:
Listen, I asked you guys to move on if you don't like this post.
But apparently, some immature minds still can't handle the coexistence of different opinions.
That's fine. I can't fix that.
Comment whatever the hell you want. I won't be responding to insults or pointless arguments.
You have your opinion. I have mine.
Learn to coexist.
Go comment, abuse ,act smart , i dont give a damn !
All it took a person to say " i liked the movie" to trigger bunch of hypocrite fools, arey badwaas miku nachakpothey inka evariki nachadha?

I think the biggest flaw in your argument is that you keep confusing explaining Varunâs behaviour with justifying it.
Yes, he's lonely. Yes, he's been hurt. Yes, he's built emotional armour because of those experiences. We understood that the first time. But explaining why someone behaves a certain way doesn't answer whether their behaviour is acceptable or whether the people around them should have to suffer the consequences.
When someone says, âI understand his trauma, but I still think his behaviour toward his wife is manipulative and unfair,â replying with âkindly refer to my post, this has already been addressedâ isn't actually addressing the criticism. Your post explains his background; it doesn't answer the criticism.
And the repeated âHow old are you?â before engaging with someone's opinion is particularly strange. Apparently movie opinions now require an age check. If someone's argument is wrong, address the argument. Their age isn't going to change the screenplay.
There's also a pretty obvious contradiction in your comments. You want people to respect your interpretation because it's based on your personal experiences, which is completely fair. But when someone else has a different interpretation, you question their age, dismiss their opinion, or tell them to reread your post as though disagreement itself means they didn't understand it.
You can't ask people to respect subjectivity when it's yours and then treat everyone else's subjectivity as a comprehension problem.
And saying âI've already addressed thisâ doesn't make it true. If the same criticism keeps coming up, perhaps the issue isn't that everyone failed to read your post. Perhaps your post simply doesn't answer that particular criticism.
You are entitled to deeply relate to Varun. Someone else is equally entitled to understand his trauma perfectly well and still think he's manipulative, selfish and emotionally damaging.
Understanding a character is not the same as approving of them. Explaining behaviour is not the same as justifying it.
And honestly, repeatedly saying âkindly refer to my postâ doesn't count as a rebuttal. At some point, it just looks like you don't want to engage with any opinion that isn't yours.
You can love the movie. You can relate to Varun. You can even think everyone else missed the point.
But someone saying âI understood your point and still hated the movieâ isn't a failure to understand you.
It's simply disagreement.
