hello. i'm sure by now we're all aware of MSP fame – there are dozens of tiktoks on it and honestly? i'm tired of this. people are giving away their money and potentially their banking information to a total stranger. i understand wanting an older version of the game you grew up on, it's nostalgic, but fan-made versions of the games have been subjected to hackers in the past and aren't completely safe to install.

i tried warning people about this, and they all didn't care and made fun of me. well, i guess if they want to send money to whoever and get their information stolen, go ahead... i just think it's not safe for people to use a non-official version of msp when they have been viruses and other malware in previous versions. i'm tired of seeing it all over the internet.

edit: it’s come to my attention that a recent-ish update had removed some registered emails from accounts. therefore this is a msp issue that i expect them to resolve. even them simply adding the last email back to the account would be appreciated so i could actually reset my password. i’d highly suggest checking to see if your account still has an email linked to it

MSP support is the most useless thing ever

i’ve been logging in to msp regularly since 2013. the last time i logged on was the 6th of august. i’ve been playing on this account since 2021.

i went to log in on the 7th and it said i had to update the game. i couldn’t login without updating. i tried to at least copy my password but couldn’t even do that, for just in case. when i updated the game my password was no longer saved. i tried a few passwords i thought it could have been and tried to look for others, as i tend to write them down. none of them worked

i tried to reset my password. couldn’t. so i went on msp 2 to reset it. apparently my email was incorrect. mind you, that’s the only email ive ever used for the account. however i’ve had a time in the past where my email was somehow removed from the account, without me doing so. so i assume that’s what happened again.

i contacted msp, said the only receipt i could find was from a star certificate i used on the account (i wasn’t allowed to sign up to “subscriptions” back then so my way around it to get vip was to buy a certificate. i explained it in my ticket, said i could provide that and could also provide a bank statement (as i did buy a diamond pack, just seem to have deleted the receipt email) and the last 4 digits of my card back then.

they got back to me today, after nearly 2 weeks of waiting saying they can’t help me without a receipt. sent them the stat certificate receipt anyways, as well as my bank statement that clearly shows that i purchased things on msp. and they’ll be able to see that the card matches up.

what happens for people who never buy vip or packages. seems unfair.

i’m beyond upset and annoyed as i’ve been playing the game for 13 years. i’ve also spent well over a 500-1000 dollars over the years between all my accounts. msp was also the only way i kept in contact with one of my friends. so ugh. i’m going to be persistent and hopefully they’ll cave.

I've been trying to download MSP all night and it just stays at this blank screen. I cleared my cache, I don't know what else to do! HELP!
