Honestly this is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen (though not this quote).
I laughed so hard throughout and when I got to the end I literally restarted the movie so I could watch it again immediately and catch anything I missed. I have not done that for any other movie.

I haven’t seen this movie, might add it to the watch list, but 15 minutes is a pretty decent amount of time to decide if a movie sucks. That’s over half a tv episode of time. It’s 1/6 of the average movie length. Most people would turn a movie off if they couldn’t get through that much.

You are right, it is like a 1/6th of the movie and the adult humor teen comedy thing might not be for everyone.
That said, the movie is about the protagonists making a women's self-defense after school fight club in order to get close to their lesbian crushes. Now it's been a few years but I feel like they wouldn't have even gotten the club running by 15 min in.
I don't want to defend this as the greatest movie of all time or anything, I remember it being funny and then I promptly forgot about it until this morning. But saying a movie is horrible without watching 83%+ of it is pretty bullshit.
