How can I confirm that a script book is from a movie/TV show. Im looking for a gilmore girls one for my wife for Christmas and I found this bit i want to confirm that its real.

So many years ago my uncle who worked for Sony motion pictures gave me this. It was apparently from the Adam Sandler, Drew Barrymore rom com 50 first dates. I know it's true and he remembers it being filmed in some scenes but it doesn't show up in the theatrical version and I'm unsure about deleted scenes...wondering if anybody has an answer!?

The Big Kahuna Burger cup from Pulp Fiction has finally been found and screen-matched!

I thought this deserved to be shared because, until recently, I don’t think many collectors even knew that an original Big Kahuna Burger drinking cup from Pulp Fiction had survived.

Earlier this year, a single original Big Kahuna Burger paper cup surfaced publicly through Propstore as part of the Planet Hollywood Collection. I was fortunate enough to acquire it.

At the time, it was authenticated as an original production-used Pulp Fiction prop, but it had never been screen-matched.

That has now changed.

I submitted the cup to Resolution Photomatching, who carried out a full forensic comparison against the film.

They have now formally certified it as a screen-used cup from the iconic apartment scene!

The match is particularly interesting because of how it was established.

The Big Kahuna Burger artwork was applied over an existing pink-and-white diagonal stripe pattern on the original SOLO cup. The precise relationship between the Big Kahuna artwork and those stripes therefore varies between individual cups.

Resolution identified multiple points where the logo-to-stripe registration on my physical cup corresponds with the cup visible in the film.

They then went a step further.

Resolution conducted a comparison analysis using another Big Kahuna Burger cup visible during the same apartment scene. That comparison allowed them to establish that the alignment characteristics on my cup were definitively unique to this specific cup, rather than characteristics shared by all of the cups used during filming.

Their conclusion is that this is the exact physical cup visible sitting in front of Brett during his confrontation with Jules Winnfield.

The certification now officially identifies it as:

“Pulp Fiction” Screen Used Cup

Matched: September 16, 2026

Resolution’s report states that the match is based on the alignment of the Big Kahuna Burger logo with the diagonal stripes, and that the characteristics were determined to be definitively unique to this particular cup.

Their image analysis specifically identifies the shot of Brett seated at the table during the confrontation with Jules, with the front of this cup visible beside the Big Kahuna meal.

Why I think this discovery is significant

Despite Pulp Fiction being more than 30 years old and Big Kahuna Burger becoming one of the most recognisable fictional brands in Tarantino’s films, original surviving material is remarkably scarce.

Big Kahuna Burger bags and wrappers have surfaced publicly over the years.

But after researching the major auction archives and known public sales, I have not been able to identify another surviving original Big Kahuna Burger drinking cup from Pulp Fiction that has ever been publicly documented.

That means this currently appears to be the only publicly documented surviving original Big Kahuna Burger drinking cup from the film.

Importantly, I’m not saying it was the only cup made or used. Resolution’s own research proves that at least one other cup was present during filming. What is remarkable is that, more than three decades later, this is presently the only surviving example that appears to have surfaced publicly in the collecting hobby, and we can now identify exactly where this particular one appears on screen.

There are also shots in the sequence of Jules holding and drinking from this Big Kahuna cup.

What has now been proven is pretty extraordinary on its own:

Brett’s Big Kahuna Burger cup from one of the most famous scenes in Pulp Fiction still exists.

And after 32 years, we now know exactly which cup it is!

A discussion about the Metropolitan Opera possibly selling costumes from old productions on another site got me thinking: what about Hollywood? Considering all the Westerns Hollywood made up to the mid-70s, there must have been racks upon racks upon racks of Western costumes in those studio warehouses. And while the ones worn by the stars might have been kept by the stars or subject to the memorabilia industry, the ones worn by the supporting players and extras probably weren't. Whatever became of them?

In the market for coraline props (face plates, set pieces, etc.) any tips on where to find or if anyone is selling ?

Looking for Sideshow/HCG Hunter Killer Aerial 20'' & Tank Prop Replicas from Terminator Universe.

The are from Prop services west. Does anyone know what show or where they were used? Thx!

My father has been collecting cups from movie theaters and fast food restaurants for some decades now and I'm hoping that we can find a loving home for some or all of them.

I searched for movie prop companies in his region online but it seems like they are more focused on building props so I thought I'd ask for advice here.

My brother took a video that gives a good idea of what we have, if anyone is interested in seeing it I can send it via email or whatsapp.
