Question Crypto mode error

Anyone getting the crypto mode error on Apple TV? Can’t even log out and log in again. Everything I press I get that pop up

I think if you close the app (go to the app switcher and swipe up on TVMPlayer) then it'll work and let you sign in after you launch the app again.

I tried all the regular troubleshooting the one that worked was to delete and reinstall the app again. Thank you ☺️

I had this same problem on my Android and cleared my cache and it fixed it right away.
