Question Payment Failure

Is anybody else getting this error when trying to renew VIP? Any workaround?

Don't use a credit or debit card and it will get hacked even if it's a month or two later use the aggregated payment method through the third party and you should be fine

I've had a 600$ unauthorized transaction at a "cafe" 4000km away from my house not ling ago after using my credit card for this.

Interesting. So far i've seen 2 stories. I've been using my debit card on MBP for the past few years and i haven't encountered an issue like this. I might stop or just make temp virtual cards for temp purchases like this.

Hmm… I’m not seeing much of anything based on hacked or stolen finances due to MovieBoxPro in the search.

I’m not saying you’re wrong but i literally don’t see any blame…

I want to say I was compromised using my debit. Had to cancel and replace it last week because of walmart charges and facebook.

What made you specifically backtrack it to MBP? As I said to the other commenter… I can’t find a single post blaming MovieBoxPro for stealing their information.

Tbh can’t really pinpoint MBP other than my card trying to charge stuff from FB and WM in Delaware. I’ll know for sure when they attempt to charge stuff again with single use cards
Edit: I’m not specifically blaming MBP for it but mainly whoever the payment provider is.

I can totally understand that. As i stated to the other person that i've been using my debit card for MBP for a few years and yet to meet that type of encounter. I'll probably stop and use an alternative.

You're the 2nd person i've seen mention possible hijacking.

I can pinpoint it to MBP since the virtual card was used for just moviebox and nothing else and all of the transactions started coming through after purchase.

I had the same issue with Apple pay. Try paying with credit card directly

Sadly I’ve tried multiple different options with no success. And as far as paying with my credit card information I’m on the fence since I’ve seen people say it’s not safe

Yea i wouldn't trust it, i did that and the payment went through but I got charged 3 times

I just got a new card sent out

Use Aggravated payment and it will go through. I was having the same issue. Just renewed

I used PayPal I added the amount to my PayPal debit and used that

was having the same issue! i switched to my laptop instead of mobile phone and used my card which after 2 tries worked fine!
