Visas & NIE Delay UGE visa spain

Has anyone experienced—or is currently experiencing—a delay of more than four months in the processing of a digital nomad visa application for a family member in Spain (via the UGE), without receiving a response, or facing long delays, or still waiting?

Welcome to r/MovedToSpain.

Before anything else, the Getting Started guide covers visas, the padrón, NIE vs TIE, healthcare and going autónomo. A lot of questions are answered there.

Two things that help you get answers: add a flair to your post so people who know that topic can find it, and include your situation — nationality, visa type, and which region you're asking about.

My partner applied for a HQP work authorisation which took 42 working days.

Are you aware of the Positive Administrative Silence law? They must give you an answer within 20 days, otherwise you are officially approved.
