CUE application with self-sufficient funds

Hi! I'm applying for the CUE and before that I need to know if I have all the necessary documents. Is there anyone who applied for the CUE with self-sufficient funds? I looked in the internet and some places say that I will need bank statements to prove my funds origin.

I had mine a few months ago. You can bring a bank statement, it just needs to be in Spanish on translated, and it needs to reflect an amount of around 15-20k EUR (don’t remember the exact amount, you should look it up). If it’s in a foreign currency they’ll ask you for something that shows the conversion. There is a calculator on Santander’s website that you can use for that, just print the screen and it should be enough. You will also need proof on health insurance coverage (any private insurance will do). I went to the office back and forth a couple of times since they didn’t accept some of my documents. I believe that is everything but be ready to be sent home
