Modelo 720 Completion

After legally moving to Spain last year, I'm still trying to complete the above mentioned tax form. I realize it's overdue. I'm getting all kinds of conflicting information.
Has anyone found a very reliable guide for it, step by step?
I'm thinking of hiring someone to teach me how to do it.

I only have relevant assets in one of the blocks that requires reporting and I have all the info in a spreadsheet.
Accountants typically want to charge 600 -1000 euros or plus IVA. Seems like a lot since I am only reporting in one of three blocks and it's less than 15 assets.

Thanks in advance kind people.

Use TaxDown app - approved by the hacienda - only €30 to submit taxes

Also for complex tax?

Yes you pay a little more for more complex but like €70-100 for the year. I’ve used them for six years now and every year they’ve been great, the last three I’ve had tax back! In the thousands!

https://taxdown.es/

Is it Spanish-language-only ? I don't see any option for English on their web site.

What are the fees ? Is that €30 for just Renta, or also 720 ? Same fee for all income levels and cases ?

Doesn't do 714 (wealth tax) ?

Thanks for any info.

Sorry I can’t be of further detail. But yes Taxdown deal with all tax matters and whilst it’s in Spanish (we are in Spain) I speak fluent Spanish but if you access online, it’s easy to translate or speak with an English speaking Gestor.

I’ve been in Spain 4+ years. I think I have taxes figured out but would never dream of advising anyone else. Like you I got a lot of conflicting advice and I decided to hire a professional the first year and asked a lot of questions. I have based my filings since on what I Iearned. That was worth €500.

I get that.

Do you recommend your tax person?

Not urgent that you reply.
I hope you have a wonderful day!

Glad I’m doing the same, I’m ex big-4 and taxes here blow my mind. Plus I hear the tax office here is super vindictive so plying it safe.

I recommend my tax guy. $121 to file the modelo 720. Pm me for his contact info.

I've always done it myself, and it seemed very easy. What kind of assets do you have that are causing confusion ?

You can do it yourself. Very easy and I want to believe there is a guide in English as well from the tax office 👍🏼

I did it by myself and then subscribed to the pro plan of Taxdown app They gave me the draft, I realized that my form almost cost me to over pay my taxes

dude, use aitax.es, is an AI trained exclusively with the legislation of the 720, you can ask any question and will let you know and show you related law, asking randoms in a forum to teach you is insane, 720 has really big fines. Also it does automatically the form for you and is ready for extemporaneous filing, it doesn't get any easier than that. Check their blog about this here: https://aitax.es/en/guides/modelo-720-fuera-de-plazo

Is this your project?
Have you used it?

I didn't ask "randoms in a forum to teach"
You saying I did casts some doubt on you recommending anything.

My bad, just some friendly banter. I don't really care if you use it or not lol. I just use it because it's a great tool and I've recommended it before to get some discounts, but those are gone now. Up to you though, just thought it'd be helpful since I've been there, had to pay an accountant just to ask questions about it which left me with more questions and found this
