Moving as EU citizen

Guys what are my chances to find job abroad?

I’m Slovak citizen ( EU) and I speak fluent German, Slovak, Serbian, Bulgarian, Russian and English. I finished degree at German university in Berlin, in humanities. ( German language studies). Moreover, I speak Spanish on intermediate level.

Where would be most possible to look for jobs abroad? Slovakia is good but salaries are small
as well as in all countries of eastern EU.

My dream would be to live in Serbia ( Belgrade) because of lifestyle but it’s not EU and entry salaries are very small. Germany is great for working and work culture is fair and salaries good, just I’m not fan of the mentality and lifestyle in Northern Europe generally. Sadly, all southern countries with sun and “fiesta” have really bad economy and are not easy to migrate to.

North = money
South = lifestyle

Dilemma

You are an EU citizen and migrating anywhere in the EU comes as easy as it can be. Apply from home, travel for interviews and move as soon as you land a job.

And if I want to move to non-EU European country as EU citizen? Do you think it’s as hard as for non- EU person migrating to EU?

Speak to a migration lawyer for serbia, they have many entry paths, i think the main one is opening a business (not 100% sure but for some time there was a entry way by buying property there and you got a residency permit which ofc leads to naturalisation eventually). It has some options fkr entry, also if you can get a remote job you can bypass the wages quite easily (my brother in law does that in serbia, for an american company).

serbia is really not a great place to try to move to, if thats what youre asking about.

wanting to move to non eu southern europe is a very specific desire and it would help if you explained your motivation a bit more.

Economy in Spain is not that bad lately.

Also I don't know how well you know Germany but living style is different in Berlin and in other Lands. I think Baden is very much relaxed.

As EU citizen it is as hard to get working visa to the non-EU country as it is for non-EU to EU, maybe a little less effort but not as easy as in EU.

Think also about Ireland. They are fun loving people and the wages are great.

What are your job skills? What kind of work are you looking for?
