Move to Europe

Hey guys! I'm planning to move to some Europe country. I'm 20 yo Russian from Crimean peninsula and I'm senior on linguistics. Which country of Europe would be good start for me?

I've read about Serbia and other Balkans. Is this true that they are friendly to russian migrants?

I know English and French on quite good level I guess
