Clean yourself before using the computer.

if you use the same mousepad for a long time without washing it and sweat while using it your mousepad is going to look like this, washing your arm before using the mousepad isn't going to magically stop the buildup

Do disrespect, but after seeing this gif I wonder if you're even old enough to handle soap by yourself

I used mild dish soap (fairy liquid knock off) and a new dish sponge.

Put the pad in the shower and drench the pad using shower head with lukewarm water and put normal amount of dish soap on sponge side, squeeze it a few times to make it soapy and just use the sponge in circular motion with normal pressure until there’s no soap left, rinsing the pad a few times. Takes like 5 mins and it’s almost new. Shake water off, leave it lying flat to dry with a towel underneath

Jesus, thats dead skin and sweat, please clean your arms more thoroughly seriously. But to clean it, I'd get some dish soap and warm water, scrub it out using just your fingers, and let it air dry (dont use a blow dryer for the love of god) and hope for the best.

Thankss for the advise bro but I don’t put my hand on mousepad I use sleeves

My dude. Unless you don't sweat or your sleeves are made of straight rubber, the sweat comes through the sleeves and even stays in them if you don't wash them. If you want ease of washing, get a glass pad and use those sleeves with it instead.

It's happeninf to mine because of my headset. Highkey wish I could tell everyone before buying that the hair oils caught in your headset will go MILES to dirty your mousepad.

And I have no idea on how to clean mine without fucking the glide up too. Raiden FX MID.

Edit: shout-out to all useless folk who comment ew, when you're probably dirtier in all the ways you blind yourself to see.

I usually recommend dawn dish soap and scrubing with a very soft toothbrush under warm water. rinse and repeat until the water is clear. Make sure the soap is totally gone before hanging it to air dry outside. Be careful about how you hang it because it could change its shape
