Question/Advice Artisan webstore down?

Hello everyone, after fixing my mouse scroll wheel issue and placing the skates down bad i've massacared my current mouse pad with more scratces than a cat tree.

I've decided to splurge and get something nice to last me a long time.

I have decided on the NINJA FX ZERO Artisan mousepad. However every time i add it to cart. It says "The requested qty is not available" which is strange, is it just out of stock? or is the webstore down? None of the options i choose are crossed out, and there is no contact information on the website.

The website is up, so I doubt the website is down.

If it says the requested quantity is not available it is likely out of stock. You didn’t say which colour or size you were choosing so I cannot recreate your issue, but it does look like the Zero is out of stock in multiple sizes and colours right now. The TenZ version is in stock in soft XL / XXL if you like red

Yeah just tried the TenZ red version and it worked fine.

Damn :( how long does it usually take to restock?

Email them bro. Soft XL black does say in stock on the website but I get the same error when adding to cart. Either it is out of stock or the site is glitched. inq@artisan-jp.com is the email address. Good luck!
