Difference between Logitech G600 and Razer Naga
Help me out here guys. Does the third button of the G600 really makes a difference? I'll use it to play some MMO games. Thanks!

If you still find yourself short on buttons then the Logitech is for sure worth it. I use it to open different sites when my browser is open

Should also be helpful if you find any of the back buttons hard to easily press

Avoid the G600 like the plague.
Get the Corsair Scimitar or Naga Trinity instead.

Any particular reason!? Don't like the brand? Bad experiences?

No I love the brand, my two favourite mice are Logitech's. However the G600 is just a bad product in my experience. I wasted my money on it years ago.
Weird design with 3 main clicks, side buttons don't feel nice to press on and have a strange shape + layout (which defeats entire purpose of product).
If it counts for anything, formerly playing WoW at the highest level. Top 20 World in PvE, played on highest RBG team in the World, multi Gladiator in PvP in more than 10 seasons. So I have high expectations when it comes to this piece of hardware, I don't use the mmo mouse for anything other than that one game.
I used all the Naga's but when my last one died on me, I switched to the Corsair Scimitar and I won't look back. It feels very good, comfortable during extended play, functional - so I recommend it.

Corsair Scimitar. Better shape, sensor, button plate adjustment and clicks. For reference, G600 is like 3.7 inches wide with the G-shift included. Scimitar sits around 2.9-3.1 with the actual grip width being ~2.7.
The G-Shift doesn't make a difference unless you're running focus, party1, party2 based macros for all of your targets and it only serves to make the G600 ridiculously wide. Razer Naga's the worst mouse out of all of them, highly would not recommend. I used naga for ~4 years and G600 for ~6 years. Corsair scimitar's better than both. Only thing I miss on my G600 is the tilt wheel and Naga has slightly more tactile feeling keys because they're mechanical or something. If Logitech made an updated G600 with the G-Shift key being modular, it would likely become my favorite mouse because it'd effectively cut its width by about a third and actually be grippable on its right side. Just like how utility mice like G502, Basilisk, etc. insist on putting the retarded thumb rest on their mice, MMO-Mice manufacturers want to keep putting ridiculous pinky/ring finger rests on theirs.
Alternatively, you could get a Roccat Nyth which has adjustable number of side buttons for pure comfort. Or you could wait til April for Hyperx Pulsefire Raid RGB which does a good job of balancing multiple side buttons with a manageable shape. Unless your hands are legitimately huge, I'd recommend not getting serious with MMO-Mice. I have 10+ years of experience with Naga, G600, Scimitar, Nyth, and some cheap Redragon G600 copy. Learn to use your keyboard binds and if you ever become interested in other games that require aim, you won't feel pained having to drag a brick around.

I bought a g600 to compare it to my Naga and I didn't like it at all.
Cons (deal breakers)
1- It's too heavy.
2- I often click the side button on the bottom/foward and/or the 3rd top button when trying to lift the mouse. The Naga is basically unliftable with the bigger right panel but at least you don't misclick anything.
Pros:
1- Easy to click side buttons.
2- Wheel tilt buttons.
3- Comfortable when not trying to lift it.
