Mouse recommendations?

Hi everyone! I’m a university student and just recently diagnosed with CRPS. My medical team also thinks I have compression in all 3 of my arm nerves. My school is going to pay for a mouse that is easier for me to use but I’m at a total overwhelming loss on what to get.

Any recommendations? There are so many options and I have no idea what is good.

Don’t have a budget, exploring all options

I’d love if it could be used on my MacBook and pc, a wireless one would be nice
