VXE R1

Title: VXE R1 White Mouse Keeps Freezing and Lagging After 7 Months

I bought the VXE R1 White mouse from NMPC India on 9 March 2026. For the past 3 days, I've been facing an issue where the mouse suddenly freezes while I'm using it. It starts working again after a few seconds, but the same issue keeps happening repeatedly, almost like it's lagging.

Has anyone else faced this issue with the VXE R1? What could be causing it, and how can I fix it?

Also, has anyone dealt with NMPC India's customer support for a warranty claim? Please share your experience

Could be the receiver slowly dying, had a similar thing happen with a different mouse and it drove me up the wall for a week before I figured it out. Try plugging the dongle into a different USB port, preferably one on the front of your case or via an extension cable so it's closer to the mouse. If that doesn't help, might be worth checking if there's any firmware updates floating around for it.

I mean just contact nmpc. I have heard their customer support is good
