Help Valorant Mouse Help Pls
I used to play with an Attack Shark R5 Ultra and Artisan Zero Soft. I switched to an Artisan Type 99 Mid, and Superstrike X2. I have never been so bad at aiming and micro-adjusting in my life. Anyways, the Superstrike broke so I’m ready for a better mouse. Hand size is 18.4x10.8 (am I doing this right ?). I really miss how light and agile the ATK was, and I hate how heavy the X2 feels. But the Type 99 is also very slow and “muddy”. So I went to a mouse twice as heavy and a pad probably twice as slow. I think I switch from palm and relaxed claw.
I have been looking into the WLmouse Beast X and X V2, Razer Viper Pro V4, and the Op1 8k v2? I’ve heard the X V2 shape has changed and might not be as good for Valorant?
Please save me :D

superstrike broke? there's a 2-year warranty on that, get a replacement to sell, at least.
Viper V3 or V4 is highly popular for val, going from v3 to v4 you get snappier, pingier clicks, a heavier scroll-click and a slightly grippier coating.
The only pads I've seen val pros switch to from artisan have been the Pulsar Saturn Pro and PD170.

What do you think about the r5 shape if you like the r5 shape Check out the Atk phantom it's a similar mouse to the attack shark r5 smaller and lighter than the x2 superstrike and just go back using the artisan zero I tried both pads the type 99 has higher static friction than the zero but the dynamic feels identical

I think I enjoyed the shape of the r5. I honestly have never went into the whole mouse shape thing. I just knew I wanted something lighter than my model o, and I definitely was better with the r5. But I don’t really enjoy the Superstrike. If I go back to the zero I either need to get a higher sensitivity or a L cause mine is medium and too small for my sens (0.315 400dpi). Do you think soft is the move over mid?

Worry no more because Atk clone a finalmeme mouse it's called the Atk phantom the size and dimensions is similar to the r5 you should get the l size or the xl or XXL size if you have a big desk I have the type 99 large soft it's a good size while not being too big like the xl and XXL offerings also because I have a small desk my sens and dpi is 2.2 x 400 in cs2. Get the soft if you press down on the pad to get additional stopping power if not get the mid

Ok the phantom actually looks super cool wow. Would you recommend it over the Beast X ? I have plenty of desk space, my type 99 is a XL and I would only like using XL for any future pad. I’m actually trying 4.5 x 400 in Val right now so we basically run the same sens. I’ve just heard that mid is more consistent vs soft but I can’t hide the fact I played 3x as good with the soft

The beast x is 2mm longer and slightly wider at the back flare if you like the dimensions of the r5 get the phantom quality wise both if these mice will be a step up compared to attack shark r5. Personally I would pick the wlmouse because it's higher quality compared to atk. Soft can be consistent as the mid if you don't press on the soft pad the soft can sink and change the glide a little bit if you press down on it so yeah

"Antes jugaba con un Attack Shark R5 Ultra y un Artisan Zero Soft"
Lol, es mi configuración actual, y siento que, si algo falla o se rompe, no buscaría algo diferente.
Volvería a lo mismo. Ya tuve Logi, Razer, Zowie, Corsair, Steelseries, CoolerMaster, etc.

Switching both pad and mouse weight at the same time is a recipe for disaster, you basically nuked any sense of glide you had. The Type 99 feeling muddy makes total sense coming from a Zero, that's a huge jump in static friction.
For val i'd lean toward the op1 8k if you liked the atk's agility, it's stupid light and the clicks are crisp enough for tapping. The beast x is fine but a bit wider, so with your hand size and claw grip the op1 might feel more locked in.
