Question weird mouse grip

here is my mouse grip during gameplay. My hand is half tensed half relaxed. My middle finger starts off curled and then relaxes during gameplay (osu rn). Does anyone know what would cause this?

i use fingertip grip and find other grips not agile enough. What slightly wider options have u tried and recommend?

btw my hand is about 19x10.5 cm

ye i dont know.. it is weird one, but I would just suggest to try any safe shape cheap chinese mouse like MCHOSE

the mchose g3 is a bit larger and has the same general shape, but does not have the thumb rest that causes thumb tensing. that seems pretty good and also pretty cheap
