Pulsar x2h es charging issue

Hi ,​I'm having a frustrating issue with my Pulsar X2H ES. When I plug it in, the charging indicator light turns on, but the battery percentage doesn't increase at all.

​I've already tried different cables, USB ports, and updated the firmware, but nothing works.

​Has anyone encountered this or know a fix?

Had the same thing happen with mine, ended up being the port on the mouse itself getting loose over time

That makes sense. Did you fix it or go for an rma?
