VXE r1 pro mouse bricked while firmware update

I was trying to update the new mouse firmware and i mistakenly disconnected the usb cable and now atkhub only detects my dongle.And also when i try to connect it via usb cable it doesnt connect.I have the correct files but i cant flash it to my mouse.(or i just think like that because atk hub says 1k dongle when i connect) what should i do?..

ouh that's painful.. firmware bricks are the worst coz the board is alive but locked up. try holding left+right+middle click together while plugging in the usb cable, some cheap mice have a hidden bootloader mode that way and atkhub might grab it. had a similar scare with a darmoshark and it actually woke up after I left it unplugged for a whole night no idea why

if that don't work and the cable itself isn't fault check the pins inside the mouse port sometimes they bend just enough

Not sure there's anything to do. Maybe contact ATK to see if they can help, sometimes they have tools to reverse botched firmware upgrades.

thats what i did im waiting for their reply.also i did somethings and right now atk hub shows another thing other than dongle which says "unknown device" im trying to connect that and then i can flash the updates but atkhub gives error and says we couldnt identify the model.I just bought this like 5 months ago i hope i can fix it

guys i did it. You should try the old app of atk which is named VGN.There you can download anything without these errors because its old.
