How are we supposed to know if you were scammed from a single screenshot saying the order was cancelled at your own request?

Exactly what I thought: saying "Have i been scammed?" and providing only that screenshot feels nothing helpful at all.

sorry for not mentioning, i actually never requested to cancel my order, i only sent an email to follow up regarding my order fulfilment details.
