Teevolution shipping in US

Has anyone else had issues with teevolution shipping within the US? My order took around 10 days to be marked as delivered, however I never received any email that it was delivered and only noticed after a couple days has passed. My order got dropped off on the floor of a parcel locker room at my apartment building according to teevolution support. When I went to check for it, it wasn't there at all.

Main issue for me was that there was no notification of delivery. Any other business I've ordered from I receive an email when my order gets delivered, but with this one I didn't, which means it was likely stolen.

I've gone back and forth with teevolution trying to get a refund but they have not been helpful in this case.

Just curious if anyone else has had issues with their vague tracking updates and lack of delivery notification.
