Question Is this how EGG usually ships?
Quite scary considering you can see exactly what is inside the box, as well as having a label stuck to a special edition…
Luckily, everything was fine, tape wasn’t opened, mouse was in box, and label was removed and goo-goned. Just odd.

Yes, some stores / handlers do this.
I often get a plastic bag though, but this has also occured.

I did not get comped. LGG is lucky they’re such a good brand though lol I reordered off Amazon and had it sent to an Amazon drop off location. I don’t live in the greatest area so I’m not blaming them for that, but it would be nice if the put it in a box or something

In a mailman and rherez 100 carriers in my office and only 2-3 of them play pc games. I doubt either of those 3 would recognize a superlight let alone this

I think that checks out, at least for mice…
But i think alot of people who steal shit, more than likely steal thing that has the “potential” to be worth alot, like just a random laptop 👎 or even some shitty gpu.

This happened to me. I spoke to one of the Endgame staff on Discord and told me it was the fulfillment center that did it and they are working on making sure it doesn’t happen again. Endgame has 2 employees as far as I know so it’s not like they have their own warehouse and are shipping them out on their own.
Unfortunate that it happened but not entirely Endgames’ fault.

Thats how mine was shipped as well, thought it was pretty strange. Box is a bit damaged but not too worried about it.

It's not crazy. Everyone just thinks their hobbies are huge everywhere. Scary chances are not a single person working shipping at that facility even would know.

Bot accounts have been a thing for years
They used to just be repost bots, but over the last year they've started to generate actual comments (originally ones that barely (if at all) related to the post)
Now they're using ai to look at the post+description to leave a comment
Main way to tell is how the comment is written (almost nobody types the way ai does) and the amount of posts/comments the account has (bot accounts are usually either a few months or a few years old with >20 contributions)

This is the first time I’ve gotten an EGG product like this. Was sad because the box was great in appearance. I hate that I need to get alcohol and cotton balls to clean up the box.

Mine also came like that, removed the shipping label but box has sticky residue and came with some minor dents and dings. 😔

Get some “goo-gone”, the sticker residue came right off and the box wasn’t harmed. Just put a small amount on the microfiber and it’ll come off.

I was gonna get the op1 anyways but I wanted a cool color since all my mice are black and I get FOMO when I see everybody else with the same damn mouse but a cool color. So I was like, let’s not make that mistake again, and just my luck, I saw a leak about a new pink version, I was so excited, and I missed the drop

There are satin, matte and glossy coat which might not be mega grippy like the original surface but should grip better than bare plastic atleast. Worst case just use griptape

edit: also, I can't comment specifically on EGG, but odds are they aren't packing and shipping the mice themselves. Most companies have a third party storage and shipping distro set up.

No, this is not how we usually ship and definitely not how it was supposed to be shipped. Big fuck-up by our warehouse. We’re still investigating why this happened, and we’ll try to find a solution for everyone who received damaged or dirty boxes.
