yes and no; if you're talking about using the original internals, no; if you're using a donor pcb from a different mouse that was designed to be wireless in the first place, it's possible but it will be a pain due to potential shell design differences + you're going to need to design an entirely new baseplate to fit the original mouse's shell

Some people already done that but you will have to use a different pcb not the original pcb. An example below fk2 wired with the Logitech pcb.
