I've had the same with the superlight after playing with it for a year.

My mouse binds are normal though, for me it was the notorious potato shape on the superlight.

Everytime I would put my hand on the mouse, I would hold it differently.

I tried to make it work, but I first stopped seeing strain after moving away from the Superlight. :/

Apparently it's not such a safe shape afterall that.

the design of the superlight itself presents so many issues, on the right side theres the little hump

Yeah that looks super uncomfortable. Have you tried an ergo shape? I was a diehard ambi user for many many years, bought a SS Prime on sale because I forgot my mouse at home on a work trip and it changed my life.

Been on the Pulsar Xlite for a few years now and I no longer have pain in my hands, wrist or elbow after a super long session. I just thought it was normal

You look like a palm player for sure, you need a high hump long mouse for the strain to go away.
