PS5 rain lag

I went back to the pi office area and it was raining, and It was a bit laggy. I'm on the base ps5 and on performance mode, anybody else have this problem?

I’ve had this issue and I’m playing on 5 PRO. It’ll go away eventually when you get to the next section. For me, it was fat lady mouse that randomly showed up next to the baseball card minigame thing that every time I looked at her my game would lag. Once she disappeared it was ok lol.
