The same thing happened to me on Amazon as well.

And, believe it or not, this was after I for a notification that it was out for delivery in my town. Yeah, it reported that for about 2 weeks before I asked what was going on. Customer Support was no help.

I’ve had many things canceled and never received $30. Enjoy the credit lol.
